Active in the California legal community since 1998, I have successfully advised attorneys on a range of topics including leadership, management, communication, utilizing mentorship and sponsorship opportunities, business development, career transition, and thriving with neurodiversity.

Prior to my coaching work, I was a litigator with McKenna Long & Aldridge (now Dentons) and practiced at several recognized regional law firms in Southern California. A graduate of UCLA School of Law, I am admitted to the State Bar of California. I completed my coach training with the Coaches Training Institute, (CTI), the oldest and largest coach training program in the world, and trained to coach neurodiverse people with the late Carol Gignoux, a pioneer in the field of ADHD coaching and author of Your Innovator Brain: the Truth about ADHD.  I have personal experience with neurodiversity, as I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and am also a parent to an autistic daughter who has ADHD.
