about

julie caron remer

Active in the California legal community since 1998, I have successfully advised attorneys on a range of topics including leadership, management, communication, utilizing mentorship and sponsorship opportunities, business development, career transition, and thriving with neurodivergence.

Prior to my coaching work, I was a litigator with McKenna Long & Aldridge (now Dentons) and practiced at several recognized regional law firms in Southern California. A graduate of UCLA School of Law, I am admitted to the State Bar of California. I completed my coach training with the Coaches Training Institute, (CTI), the oldest and largest coach training program in the world, and trained to coach neurodivergent people with the late Carol Gignoux, a pioneer in the field of ADHD coaching and author of Your Innovator Brain: the Truth about ADHD.

My journey with neurodivergence is both personal and professional - I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and have the joy of parenting two wonderfully neurodivergent daughters (one with ADHD, one with AuDHD).

When I'm not working, you'll find me in sunny San Diego with my partner Mark, my two daughters, and our trio of resident supervisors (aka cats): Gunther, Marigold, and Mushroom, who ensure our household runs with just the right balance of order and playful chaos.
